Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of the Terms

These Terms and Conditions of Service (hereinafter, the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between ITIN World LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America (hereinafter, the “Company,” “we,” or “our”), and the individual or legal entity accessing, contracting, or using the services offered (hereinafter, the “Client”).

By accessing the website itin.world (the “Site”) or using our services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms. If the Client does not agree with any of these Terms, they must refrain from using the Site or contracting our services.

2. Nature of the Service

2.1. ITIN World LLC is a private entity providing administrative coordination, management, and support services for obtaining Individual Taxpayer Identification Numbers (ITINs) from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) of the United States.

2.2. The Company is not part of, nor officially represents, the IRS, and does not act as a direct Certified Acceptance Agent (CAA). Our role is to coordinate the interaction between the Client and an IRS-authorized CAA, who is solely responsible for certifying the documentation and formally submitting it to the IRS.

2.3. The final decision to approve or deny an ITIN lies exclusively with the IRS, an independent authority over which ITIN World LLC has no control or influence.

3. Services Provided

The services offered by the Company (hereinafter, the “Services”) include, but are not limited to:

a) Guidance and collection of the required documentation.
b) Preliminary review and verification of the Client’s documents.
c) Assignment of an IRS-authorized Certified Acceptance Agent (CAA).
d) Preparation of Form W-7 and the complete application file.
e) Formal submission of the ITIN application to the IRS through the designated CAA.
f) Administrative tracking and assistance until the IRS issues its final resolution.

4. Fees, Payments, and Refund Policy

4.1. The total cost for the full management of each ITIN application is USD $497 (four hundred ninety-seven U.S. dollars), unless otherwise stated through authorized Company promotions.

4.2. All fees are communicated to the Client in advance and must be paid in full before processing begins.

4.3. By making a payment, the Client acknowledges that they are purchasing a coordination and management service—not a guarantee of IRS approval.

4.4. Refunds are only issued if the ITIN is denied due to an error solely attributable to ITIN World LLC or the designated CAA. In such a case, the Company will refund 100% of the amount paid.

4.5. Once the application has been submitted to the IRS, the process cannot be canceled at the Client’s request. A unilateral decision by the Client to withdraw does not entitle them to a refund.

5. Processing Timeframes

5.1. Internal document preparation will be completed within an estimated 1 to 5 business days, provided that the Client has submitted all required information and documents completely and legibly.

5.2. The IRS processing time generally ranges between 8 and 16 weeks from receipt of the file. These timeframes are set exclusively by the IRS and are beyond the Company’s control.

6. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to:

a) Provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information.
b) Submit valid and current documents within the requested timeframes.
c) Assume full responsibility for any errors, delays, or denials resulting from incomplete, invalid, or incorrect documentation.
d) Acknowledge that all IRS review, response, and decision times are external and beyond ITIN World LLC’s control.

7. Debts, Chargebacks, and Collections

7.1. The Client acknowledges that any outstanding balance will remain fully due, even after service delivery.

7.2. In case of non-payment, chargeback, or default, ITIN World LLC may:

a) Forward the debt to external collection agencies.
b) Apply late fees, administrative costs, and reasonable legal fees.
c) Report the debt to credit bureaus or delinquency registries until it is fully settled.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

8.1. ITIN World LLC guarantees the confidentiality and security of the Client’s personal information and documentation.

8.2. The data provided will be used exclusively for the contracted service and may only be shared with:

• The IRS,

• The authorized CAA, and

• Third parties strictly necessary for identity verification and regulatory compliance.

8.3. The Client expressly authorizes the use of electronic signatures and the collection of technical information (IP address, approximate location, timestamp, etc.) with legal validity equivalent to handwritten signatures, in accordance with applicable U.S. laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. The Company does not guarantee specific timeframes or outcomes, as the final decision depends solely on the IRS.

9.2. In no event shall ITIN World LLC’s total liability to the Client exceed the amount actually paid for the contracted Services.

9.3. The Company shall not be liable for delays, denials, regulatory changes, force majeure events, third-party actions, or any other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

10.2. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

11. Modifications

ITIN World LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or supplement these Terms at any time.
The current version will always be available at itin.world/terms-of-service and shall take effect upon publication.
